Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (at least 12 months)
• Physically fit (able to handle up to 30kg)
• Professional, reliable and customer‑facing
• Comfortable navigating local roads
• Familiar with handheld devices and route tech

Responsibilities

• Vehicle checks and loading parcels
• Use handheld tech to navigate routes and provide ETA windows
• Deliver parcels to doorsteps with a friendly, professional manner
• Handle issues on‑the‑go and ensure first‑time delivery success
• Safely manage vehicle and parcels during delivery
