Job summary

DPD is hiring 3.5 Tonne Drivers in the United Kingdom. Join a brand focused on sustainable, tech-enabled logistics and become the face of our delivery network. The role is permanent, full-time with a 40-hour week and standard daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• You hold a valid UK Driving Licence for at least 12 months.
• You are physically fit to handle parcels up to 30kg.
• You are a people person, professional and reliable with a customer focus.
• You are comfortable navigating local roads and using handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle prep and loading: perform daily safety checks and organize your parcel load for your route.
• Route mastery: use handheld tech to navigate; software provides predict windows for customers.
• Customer interaction: represent DPD with a friendly, professional delivery experience.
• Problem solving on the go: find safe places and resolve access issues for first-time delivery.
• Safe handling: ensure security of vehicle and parcels (up to 25kg) during delivery.
