Job summary

PBJ Management is seeking an Acting Agent on a full-time maternity cover basis starting January 2027, based in Central London with 4 days in office and 1 day WFH. The role requires 2–3 years in a talent agency acting department, strong UK industry knowledge, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.

You will manage client careers, submit for opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with casting directors and PBJ’s team to deliver results for a diverse client roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Talent Agency acting department.
• Strong knowledge of the UK entertainment industry and genuine interest in actors and comedy.
• Confident taking responsibility for clients, building strong relationships and involved in all aspects of careers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an established roster of acting clients.
• Submit clients for film, television, theatre and commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, fees, terms and working conditions.
