The Society of St James in Portsmouth is seeking an enthusiastic professional to support individuals addressing drug and alcohol use. You will facilitate group sessions and provide one-to-one support within a flexible, collaborative charity environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Experience facilitating groups and delivering one-to-one support.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Strong organisational skills for client records and admin tasks.
• Proficient in identifying and managing risk safely.
• High self-awareness and commitment to Equal Opportunities.
