Job summary

The Society of St James in Portsmouth is seeking an enthusiastic professional to support individuals addressing drug and alcohol use. You will facilitate group sessions and provide one-to-one support within a flexible, collaborative charity environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Essential Qualities and Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) model.
  • Proven ability to confidently facilitate groups and deliver one-to-one support.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficient in identifying and managing risk safely.
