Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a proactive Communications Manager to lead client communications around acquisitions and integrations. You will keep clients informed of service information and key updates, and manage templates, documents and tools used across the team, coordinating stakeholders across functions.

You will drive content creation, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and leverage HubSpot and self-service tools to improve efficiency and ensure branding and tone of voice

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B communications and marketing.
• Strong end-to-end project management with on-time delivery.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email communications and campaigns.
• Practical design skills to create professional, on-brand documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Develop project plans, timelines and schedules for communications.
• Own communications for acquisitions and integrations; ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinate input and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
• Create, edit and proofread client communications and templates.
• Manage email communications through HubSpot.
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness.
