Qualifications

• A degree, placement year or experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related subject.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confidence speaking with people and asking good questions.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• An interest in content creation, social media and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing clients and colleagues to uncover success stories.
• Writing case studies, customer stories and marketing content.
• Creating content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Developing sales materials, presentations and supporting resources.
• Supporting video and multimedia content projects.
• Managing and organising content within HubSpot.
• Using data and insights to improve engagement and performance.
