Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels from their Kent, London or remote locations. You will own paid media strategy, campaign execution and agency partnerships, driving qualified leads and ROI.

Collaborate with the New Business Squad and Revenue Marketing leadership to align campaigns with commercial goals and market growth, while continually improving lead quality and conversion through data-led decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing paid search activity (hands‑on or via agency).
• Experience managing paid social and remarketing/retargeting campaigns and understanding funnel impact.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; familiarity with Meta and LinkedIn Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise paid media programmes across search, social, retargeting and other placements.
• Build strategies balancing direct response with brand and user experience.
• Monitor budget allocation and campaign setup, improving efficiency.
• Maintain test-and-learn cadence with hypotheses and outcomes.
