Job summary

CMS Danskin Acoustics is seeking a proactive sales professional in Warrington to identify opportunities at pre-tender stages, build a regional pipeline, and present CMSDA solutions to key stakeholders during concept and design phases.

You will drive qualification, inbound/outbound activity, and CRM-based forecasting while collaborating with internal teams to defend specifications and grow margins.

Qualifications

• Project-based sales approach in construction procurement.
• Ability to spot opportunities and leads to sell across product ranges.
• Capture accurate project briefs and qualify client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confident presentations.
• Business acumen, analytics and prioritisation of workflow.
• Able to negotiate and make commercial decisions.
• Exact CRM/project reporting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote CMS Danskin Acoustics to clients and educate on product range.
• Develop and manage a region-based sales pipeline and forecast.
• Engage with stakeholders during design and tender stages.
• Build robust relationships with specifiers and contractors.
