Job summary

JLL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to oversee AR activities onsite in Norfolk, ensuring KPI targets are met and improving collection performance. The role involves coordinating with surveyors, clients, and internal teams to provide timely arrears reporting and maintain strong communication across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AR or finance teams.
• Understanding of AR processes and compliance.
• Experience in reporting to clients/surveyors.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all departments to ensure KPI’s are achieved and aim to exceed expectations.
• Have regular meetings with surveyors and clients providing comments on arrears and cash KPIs.
• Prepare reports to clients in the agreed formats to the agreed timelines.
• Monitor collection rates and arrears to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with AR team and work as one team.
• Actively manage team workloads and support recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
