Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Norfolk, UK is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the AR team and help deliver market-leading results.

You will deputise for Team Lead, act as SME in client calls, prepare arrears and KPI reports, chase tenants, and handle escalations, while working within our best-practice guidelines across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Deputise in Team Lead’s absence to manage team and client expectations.
• SME in client calls and written communication.
• Assists TL in training of new recruits and upskilling of current employees.
• Provision of accurate arrears reports.
• SME in client reporting.
• Support team to ensure all client KPI’s and business set targets.
• Chase tenants to recover outstanding sums.
• Deal with complex escalations from AR Analysts & support accordingly.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistency across the wider structure.
• Have regular meetings with portfolio managers providing comments on arrears.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external clients as required.
• Instruct Enforcement Agents.
• Complex Reconciliation of Occupier accounts and resolving tenant queries.
• Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent approach is used across the company.
• Any other duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team.
