Qualifications

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience handling complex queries and reconciliations.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the AR team and deputise for the Team Leader when required.
• Be a key point of contact for clients and manage communications professionally.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Prepare arrears and accounts receivable reports with accuracy.
• Produce regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor balances and proactively chase overdue payments.
• Handle escalations and provide guidance to the team.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
• Instruct enforcement agents where appropriate.
• Complete complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
