Berry Bros & Rudd is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist responsible for accurate reconciliation and posting of payments across sterling, euro and USD, plus Direct Debit collections and weekly cash activities to ensure customer accounts are up to date.

You will work with Credit Control, Finance and Account Managers to resolve outstanding items, prepare month-end reports, and respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience in accounts collections and AR.
• Ability to follow processes and follow up on queries.
• Proven record of delivering excellent service to customers or stakeholders.
• Able to work unassisted on large reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile and post cash across Sterling, Euro and USD accounts.
• Post payments from cheques and Credit Cards.
• Prepare month-end reports and journals.
• Answer daily queries internally and externally.
• Process Direct Debit charges for Cellar Club customers.
• Process monthly Credit Card charges for Cellar Club customers.
• Allocate cash to invoices.
• Conduct weekly BBX Payment Runs.
• Send weekly Eshots to customers with stored payment cards and overdue debts.
• Collect overdue debt via Robot Charging for customers with stored cards.
• Investigate customer accounts with bank data.
• Assist in reporting monthly AR KPIs.
• Provide weekly action plans to AR Manager.
