CHC Group Ltd. in Aberdeen, UK is seeking an Accounts Coordinator (Accounts Receivable) on a fixed-term contract to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate has around 2–3 years of finance experience, especially in invoicing and credit control, and enjoys working with customers to keep processes running smoothly. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you’ll manage invoicing and credit control across UK and Netherlands operations, ensure accurate billing, monitor outstanding

Competenze

• Finance experience including Accounts Receivable and invoicing.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Confident communication with customers.
• Ability to interpret contractual billing terms.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience with M3 ERP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue sales invoices in accordance with contractual terms and deadlines.
• Process flying-hour charges, costs, and third-party expenses.
• Manage aged debt and credit control activities.
• Maintain invoicing records in the M3 finance system.
• Respond to customer invoicing queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers, Commercial, and Client Relations for accurate billing.
• Prepare debtor reports and support month-end financial reporting.
• Support AR activities for Netherlands operations, including Den Helder AR inbox.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and support ad hoc reporting.
