Hitachi Rail UK Limited in Newton Aycliffe is seeking an organised Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a two-year fixed-term contract. You will raise invoices, allocate payments, monitor balances and maintain accurate customer records in a project-led, international environment.

Ideally you have AR experience, strong eye for detail, and excellent Excel/Outlook skills. You will work onsite at our Newton Aycliffe office as part of a collaborative Finance function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or billing.
• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Aufgaben

• Raise and issue customer invoices and credit notes.
• Verify sales invoice applications and create accurate invoices.
• Monitor incoming payments and allocate promptly and accurately.
• Produce and maintain aged debt reporting.
