CHC Helicopter in Aberdeen is seeking an Accounts Co-ordinator (Accounts Receivable) to join the Finance team on a fixed-term contract. You will manage invoicing, credit control, and customer queries across UK and Netherlands operations.

The role requires 2–3 years of finance experience in AR, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with M3 or similar ERP systems. You will work collaboratively within a multi-team finance environment.

• Finance experience, especially in Accounts Receivable.

• Ability to interpret contractual billing terms.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.

• Accounting qualification or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in line with terms and deadlines.
• Process flying-hour charges and related costs.
• Manage aged debt and credit control activities.
• Maintain invoicing records in the M3 finance system.
• Respond to customer invoicing queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with Commercial and Client Relations teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare debtor reports and support month-end reporting.
• Support AR activities for Netherlands operations and manage Den Helder inbox.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and assist with ad hoc reporting.
