Exclusive Networks Limited is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team. You will be responsible for invoicing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate cash allocations while delivering responsive service to customers and colleagues.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Experience with NetSuite and ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Professional and discreet handling of confidential matters.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Raise invoices and pro forma invoices for fulfilled orders and send to customers promptly.
• Process electronic invoices through customer portals.
• Log and allocate cash receipts accurately in NetSuite.
• Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and perform other duties as required.
