Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoices, payments, and customer queries. You will monitor balances, chase overdue payments, and keep accurate records while supporting month-end activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organised problem-solving and strong communication, with hybrid working after probation and opportunities to develop within the finance team.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or similar finance role is desirable.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in financial records.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Raising and issuing customer invoices and credit notes.
• Monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Chasing overdue payments by telephone and email.
• Allocating incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies.
• Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes promptly.
• Maintaining up-to-date accounts receivable records.
• Preparing aged debt reports and updates on balances.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Assisting with month-end processes and other finance duties.
