Pai Skincare Ltd. is hiring for an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control role with hybrid work and London office-based two days per week at Acton Town.

You will manage invoicing, receipts, disputes, and AR reporting while ensuring accurate customer data in NetSuite and collaborating with Sales to protect cash flow. We require 2+ years in AR, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), multi-currency handling, and strong Excel/numeracy skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable or sales ledger in a fast-paced business.
• Bonus: accounts payable experience, such as invoice processing and payment runs.
• Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite strongly preferred; Sage 200 or Xero also considered.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and marketplace or retailer accounts.

Responsabilités

• Invoicing and credit control: prepare, check and raise invoices and credit notes on time.
• Post receipts and allocate daily against customer accounts, incl. multi-currency payments.
• Chase overdue balances by email and phone; resolve disputes quickly.
• AR reporting: weekly aged debtors updates to Management Accountant.
• Maintain customer master data and terms in NetSuite; protect data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and Sales to protect cash flow.
• Occasional support for accounts payable and payment runs.
• Reconciliations, month-end and audits: reconcile bank, sales, and VAT.
• Process improvement: document ledger procedures and suggest automation ideas.
