Exclusive Networks is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support the timely processing of customer invoices and payments in a busy finance environment. This hands-on role requires precision, reliability and a customer-focused mindset as you interact with internal teams and external clients.

You will raise invoices and pro forma invoices, process cash receipts in NetSuite, manage electronic invoicing and respond to queries with professionalism and discretion, while upholding our data

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Excellent organisational skills, with ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Professional and discreet handling of confidential matters.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• ERP experience would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Raise invoices and pro forma invoices for fulfilled orders, ensuring they are sent to customers promptly.
• Manage electronic invoicing through customer portals.
• Log and allocate cash receipts accurately in NetSuite.
• Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly, alongside other reasonable duties required by management.
