Job summary

Vivobarefoot Ltd. is seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to support the Accounts Receivable function within our Finance team. Based in the UK, you will manage customer records, invoicing, and month‑end reconciliations in a fast‑growing, digitally driven business.

You’ll work across Customer & Invoice Management, Cash Collection and Reconciliations, collaborating with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounts receivable role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving processes.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort handling large data sets.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Excellent communication with customers and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer setup, credit checks and maintain accurate account records.
• Monitor automated invoicing in NetSuite and investigate exceptions.
• Raise sales invoices for non‑automated orders and issue credit notes where needed.
• Proactively collect due and overdue payments and manage customer communications.
• Support monthly end processes: aged debt, royalties, and revenue accruals.
