My client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Executive based in Tadworth.

Job Description

1. Manage the day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
2. Monitor aging accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
3. Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment inquiries, disputes, and account status.
4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
5. Generate and maintain regular reports on accounts receivable status, including outstanding balances and collection efforts.
6. Work closely with the finance team to assist in monthly and year-end close processes.
7. Support the improvement and automation of accounts receivable processes within our financial systems.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.

The Successful Applicant

1. Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Executive is preferred.
2. Studying towards an Accountancy qualification is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency with accounting software (experience with relevant software is advantageous).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
