RS UK & Ireland seeks a diligent Accounts Receivable specialist for a hybrid role in Corby. You will support UK Customer Market Sector AR activities to achieve cash collection, reduce aged debt, and meet DSO targets in line with RS Group Credit Policy and procedures.

You will work with the UK AR team to investigate debtor queries, monitor ledgers, rectify postings, and manage disputes, aiming to improve cash flow and maintain audit-ready controls.

Responsabilités

• Work with UK Accounts Receivable team to deliver cash, debtor and DSO targets.
• Identify, investigate and resolve debtor queries.
• Review debtor ledgers for unallocated/misposted payments and correct promptly.
• Provide accurate debtor balance information and track progress for managers.
• Record and manage disputes; contribute to resolution and closure.
• Recognise irrecoverable debts and assist with legal action where needed.
• Monitor inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.

The Opportunity

Responsible for supporting our Accounts Receivable activities within UK Customer Market Sector, in order to achieve Cash Collection, Aged Debt and DSO targets in line with RS Group Credit Policy and procedures. Ensuring cash collection activities are performed and aged debt reduction targets are delivered while adhering to credit management policies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work together with the UK Accounts Receivable Team to deliver Cash, Debtor and DSO targets.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve debtor relates queries.
• Review the debtors’ ledgers on a regular basis for unallocated/mis posted payments, ensuring these are corrected in a timely manner.
• Provide reliable, accurate and up to date information of debtor’s balances, and demonstrate visibility of progress to managers.
• Record and manage disputes & contribute to the resolution and closure.
• Recognise any irrecoverable debts and assist with legal action.
• Monitor e-mail inbox, ensuring all relevant e-mails are actioned in a timely manner.
