Qualifications

  • Experience in a transactional finance capacity.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIF, IFERROR).
  • Self-starter comfortable with team collaboration.

  • Produce monthly concession invoices and post wholesale invoices.
  • Ensure Aged Debtor report is up to date weekly.

Job description

These are exciting times at TFG London. We have enjoyed strong growth in recent years and currently have four brands in our portfolio at the moment, our iconic fashion brands Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs, our luxury Homewares brand Inside Story and the recently acquired White Stuff.. We are not stopping there though, we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and beyond. We want you to be part of that. We are keen to appoint an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to our Group Finance Team to support us in achieving our short medium and long term objectives.

What you will be doing:

As our Accounts Receivable Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Post sales from the Mercatus stock system into the Sun accounting ledger
  • Reconcile monthly sales between Sun and Mercatus
  • Post and reconcile other entries associated with sales transactions, e.g. commission and other concession costs
  • Produce monthly concession invoices and send to concession partners/upload to websites
  • Produce and post wholesale invoices as and when required for the international entities
  • Reconcile expected debtor balances to concessions’ remittances monthly
  • Allocate debtor balances within Sun system
  • Ensure that Aged Debtor report is up to date on a weekly basis and any unallocated balances/overdue cash is supported with detailed explanation and backup

Who you are:

This is a great role for somebody with experience in a transactional finance capacity looking to move their career to the next stage. To be successful as our Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will be a self-starter, able to multi task and comfortable with liaising with other members of the finance team. You will have intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIF formulas, IFERROR formulas)and it would be great if you are already pursuing a professional qualification which we will be happy to support you with.
