Allied Bakeries, part of Associated British Foods, is seeking an organised Accounts Receivable Administrator at our Grocery Service Centre near Liverpool. This full-time, hybrid role supports day-to-day AR activities, ensuring accurate payments, remittances and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbox for debit notes and ensure prompt action.
• Download, sort, save and file debit notes and supporting documents.
• Upgrade internal logs to track debit and credit activity.
• Oversee end-to-end quantity query processes and follow-up.
• Match credits with debit notes and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the Debt spreadsheet with latest actions and outcomes.
• Search for evidence to validate claims and queries.
• Maintain returns tracker and ensure data is auditable.
• Correspond with customers regarding repayments and updates.
• Raise credit notes in line with approvals and policy.
