Job summary

FBC UK, makers of well-known biscuit brands, is seeking an AR Clerk to join the hybrid team in Batley. You will handle cash allocations, manage customer claims, and support weekly billing cycles within our transactional AR function.

The role requires numeracy, attention to detail, and good communication. Training in SAP is provided if not already possessed, with a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cash allocation – timely and accurate allocation of customer receipts.
• Discrepancy management – logging claims and ensuring valid credits.
• Weekly billing sweeps and ensuring billing runs are correct.
• Mailbox management and distribution.
• General administration duties to support the AR function.
