Zusammenfassung

Moose Toys Ltd in Cornwall is seeking an Accounts Coordinator to own day-to-day accounts payable, supplier payments and treasury support across the UK and Europe. You will ensure accurate transactions, manage multi-currency payments and help strengthen financial controls.

Reporting to the CFO - Europe, you will coordinate payment runs, assist cash forecasting and act as finance super-user for the AP module, driving process improvements and closer collaboration with suppliers and banking partners.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a finance, treasury, accounts payable or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations, analysis and reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems and online banking platforms.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A structured and analytical problem-solver, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to embrace new systems, tools and smarter ways of working.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A confident communicator and collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across the business and is equally comfortable working independently.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day delivery of accounts payable and payment processes for the UK and European function.
• Coordinate multi-currency payment runs and banking activities.
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and identify potential cash risks.
• Act as finance super-user for the Accounts Payable module and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep processes moving.
