Job summary

Moose Toys is seeking an Accounts Coordinator to own day-to-day accounts payable and payment processes across the UK and Europe. You will coordinate multi-currency payment runs, support banking and treasury activities, and help forecast cash flow while keeping financial controls tight.

You will be the first point of contact for AP and payment queries, work closely with suppliers and banking partners, and continually look for smarter ways to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a finance, treasury, accounts payable or accounting role.
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations, analysis and reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems and online banking platforms.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A structured and analytical problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Own the accurate, timely and well-controlled delivery of accounts payable and payment processes.
• Coordinate multi-currency payment runs and support banking/treasury activities.
• Contribute to short-term cashflow forecasting and identify cash risks or funding needs.
• Act as finance super-user for the Accounts Payable module and support system upgrades.
• Resolve supplier queries and ensure processes move efficiently.
