Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
• Experience with SAP or similar MRP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and within timescales.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Code invoices to the general ledger and cost centres.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve queries.
• Maintain supplier accounts and reconcile statements.
• Process multiple payment runs in line with procedures.
• Ensure payments are made within supplier terms.
• Support month-end processes and audits.
