Job summary

You will manage end-to-end supplier invoices, maintain supplier accounts and support month-end activities, ensuring accuracy and timely financial posting. Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance position.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Experience using finance or accounting systems.
• A methodical approach with excellent levels of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
• Maintain supplier accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve queries efficiently.
• Reconcile statements and ensure outstanding items are addressed promptly.
• Assist with scheduled payment runs and support cashflow management activities.
• Build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end activities and contribute to accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure financial records are maintained to a high standard and in line with company procedures.
• Provide general support across the finance department as required.
