Job summary

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience essential.
• Experience with three-way matching and invoice processing.
• Experience reconciling supplier statements and discrepancies.
• Experience supporting payment runs and checking supplier payment information.
• Understanding of purchase ledger controls and payment authorisation processes.
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
• Good attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and query-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Complete three-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices.
• Code and post invoices to ledger accounts and cost centres.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve missing or unmatched transactions.
• Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs with accurate and authorised data.
• Support month-end Accounts Payable activities and deadlines.
• Maintain supplier accounts and purchase ledgers.
• Assist with Credit Control activities including cash processing and card payments.
• Support SAP Concur expenses and month-end claims.
