Quantexa is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to maintain supplier payments and data integrity within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

You will process invoices, perform three-way matching, and support month-end close while delivering excellent service to suppliers and internal teams.

This role offers exposure to multi-currency payments and a collaborative finance team in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Accounts Payable or a similar transactional finance role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, positive, and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with exceptional accuracy, ensuring they are correctly coded and authorised.
• Performing three-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Preparing and processing weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.
• Acting as a primary point of contact for supplier queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• Assisting the AP team with month-end close procedures and accruals.
• Championing best practices by encouraging the use of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems across the business.
