Reply, a network of specialist firms delivering AI and digital services, seeks an Accounts Payable Consultant in Manchester. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing, supplier matching, and timely payments while maintaining vendor records and supporting month-end closings.

You will contribute to process improvements, uphold financial integrity, and work within a collaborative AP/Finance team committed to high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Holds an AAT or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficient with ERP tools (preferably SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Review, verify, and process invoices and check requests with correct supplier matching.
• Set up invoices for payment and prepare/process transfers, including check runs.
• Post transactions to journals and ledgers and reconcile AP transactions.
• Maintain vendor files and resolve invoice discrepancies to keep accounts current.
• Process and reconcile employee expenses and credit card transactions with complete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and support month-end/year-end closings.
• Monitor payments and support process improvements for ongoing compliance.
