Job summary

Learning Resources Ltd. in the UK is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain strong controls, support month-end, and drive process improvements across a growing SME. The role requires attention to detail, ERP experience, and a collaborative approach. This is a hybrid role with exposure to multi-currency payments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or qualified by experience preferred.
• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role is essential.
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP system preferred.
• Experience of working in a growing SME environment desirable.
• Ability to “hit the ground running”.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely, ensuring PO, goods receipts and invoices are correctly matched and authorised.
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs across multiple currencies with full compliance to approval procedures.
• Maintain supplier relationships through timely and accurate payments.
• Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card submissions promptly and accurately.
• Assist with month-end processes including bank and ledger reconciliations.
