We seek an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate processing of supplier invoices, expenses and vendor payments while upholding strong financial controls. You will work with ERP systems (Dynamics) to drive process improvements, assist month-end activities and ensure timely, compliant supplier payments while maintaining excellent relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable is essential.
• AAT qualification or qualified by experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and expenses promptly and accurately.
• Ensure invoices match purchase orders and are approved per policy.
• Support month-end activities and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships through timely payments and clear communication.
