Edengrove in the United Kingdom seeks an Accounts Payable Systems Analyst to drive technology-enabled change across AP. You will combine transactional finance knowledge with data analysis and stakeholder management to support e-invoicing, ERP projects, system integrations and reporting enhancements.

You will translate requirements into system and data specs, manage testing and governance, prepare documentation, and collaborate with Finance, IT and external providers to ensure improved control,

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Transaction Accounting or Procure-to-Pay environments.
• Experience supporting technology, automation or system implementation projects.
• Understanding of invoice processing, approvals, supplier data, and financial controls.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and supporting testing and implementation activities.
• Strong analytical capability and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support AP implementation of Transaction Accounting technology and transformation projects.
• Translate requirements into clear process, system and data specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and standardisation.
• Maintain project plans, actions, risks, issues and status reporting.
• Support system configuration, testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing.
