Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable roles.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems to process invoices.
• Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong numerical, planning and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the 'purchase to pay' process.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• General accounting procedures knowledge.
• Data entry accuracy and efficiency.
• Accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Robust problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and post to ERP.
• Run weekly payment runs in multiple currencies.
• Reconcile supplier statements with AP Ledger and GRNI.
• Investigate discrepancies and request supporting documents.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support month-end duties and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
