McLaren Racing is seeking a Revenue Finance Assistant to support the invoicing and debt collection process within the revenue finance team, ensuring timely delivery of sales invoices and resolution of outstanding balances.

You will manage the order-to-cash workflow, collaborate with stakeholders, support month-end close, onboarding, and ERP system roll-out in 2027, while seeking process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Help ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales invoicing and debt collection.
• Manage revenue streams through the order-to-cash process and reconcile invoices against orders.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve unpaid or unbilled events.
• Maintain sales ledger and customer records, onboard customers, and cleanse debtor data.
• Support with weekly/monthly reporting, debt escalation, and audit data requests.
