Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support our Finance Transactional Services team in processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy. You’ll help maintain financial records and liaise with departments to ensure timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to process improvements, uphold company policies, and deliver excellent service while supporting various finance functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable or finance-related role.
• Strong IT skills including confidence with Microsoft finance systems and intermediate Excel.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering purchase invoices into the finance system, ensuring amounts match purchase orders.
• Liaising with relevant departments to obtain invoice authorisation and ensure timely payment.
• Assisting with other Finance team roles as required, providing flexible support across the team.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supporting process improvements within the Accounts Payable function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
