• Processing purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and exceptions.
• Managing payment requests and expense claims.
• Ensuring accurate purchase order management.
• Reviewing and processing settlement runs.
• Preparing bank reconciliations.
• Managing supplier statements and master file updates.
• Assisting with month-end closing tasks.
• Managing petty cash.
• Tracking capital expenditures.
• Handling ad hoc tasks.
