CMS is seeking an Accounts Payable and Expenses Administrator to join the finance operations team on an initial 12-month FTC basis. You will ensure smooth processing of supplier payments, invoices, and expense transactions while complying with firm policies.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, accurate reconciliations, and collaboration with HR, Tax, and Auditors to support financial reporting and controls.

Formación

• Proven and relevant experience within a similar position within a professional services environment
• Desirable: Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise and an Expense system
• Desirable: Understanding of the legal industry and its operating model

Responsabilidades

• Process payments to suppliers using various banking portals and reconcile payments
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices and expense transactions
• Send Remittance Advice notifications to suppliers
• Administer and reconcile direct debits and corporate credit card statements
• Collaborate with Cashiers, HR and Tax teams on bank reconciliations and expense policy
• Respond to stakeholder queries to ensure timely processing and allocation of transactions
• Support accounts payable projects and data feeds for expenses and travel
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and maintain expense supplier data
