The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the Payments Manager, our Accounts Payable Executive will play a key role in ensuring that our various suppliers receive payments inline with the agreed terms - ensuring our excellent external relationships continue to strengthen and grow. Your timely and accurate reconciliation work will help ensure smooth reporting processes throughout the business.

Your day-to-day:

  • Responsible for reconciliation of multiple supplier statements
  • Responsible for reconciliation of virtual credit card (VCC) statements
  • Responsible for merchant acquirer statement reconciliation
  • Assist in the preparation of KPI reports
  • Supporting with month end reporting
  • Supporting the weekly payment run
  • Engaging with key suppliers to resolve queries (payables/receivables)
  • Supporting the management of two inboxes
  • Supporting ad-hoc Finance Automation Projects
  • Supporting ad-hoc other areas of the wider finance team

Your skillset:

  • Experience in supplier statement reconciliation
  • Experience of working in supplier payments/account payable in the travel industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Not necessary but would be desirable to have:

  • G Suite experience
  • Experience of merchant acquirer statement reconciliation
  • Experience of working with virtual credit cards
