Job summary

The Travel Corporation in Port Glasgow is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for our Finance Shared Services Centre. The role focuses on transforming invoice processing through automation and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Around 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or a similar environment.
• Understanding of invoice processing, purchase orders, reconciliations and AP workflows.
• Experience using HighRadius or similar AP automation platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle R12.
• Confidence working with suppliers and resolving invoice or payment-related queries.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across Finance teams.
• Interest in technology, automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Keep Finance moving by ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Make automation work by supporting HighRadius and increasing touchless processing.
• Investigate invoice exceptions, mismatches and workflow issues.
• Support suppliers by helping vendors navigate the supplier portal and resolve queries.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance Operations to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor invoice exceptions, processing performance and supplier portal adoption.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Participate in system testing and improvements across HighRadius and other Finance platforms.
