The Travel Corporation in Port Glasgow, Scotland, UK is seeking an Accounts Analyst to support the month-end close with journal postings, reconciliations, and data validation across the finance team.

You will contribute to accurate reporting and cross-team collaboration with AP, AR, and GL to ensure timely and well-controlled financial data. Prior 1–3 years in finance and strong Excel/Oracle R12 experience preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle R12).
• Understanding of core accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Journal Support – Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries.
• Account Reconciliations – Perform balance sheet reconciliations, accruals posting, journal entries reclassification and investigate variances.
• Data Validation – Support data checks for integrity across subledgers and reporting tools.
• Reporting Support – Assist with internal reporting packs and close documentation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with AP, AR, and GL teams to resolve open items and improve data accuracy.
