Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

what you'll be doing

People like being paid for the work they've done and the things they've sold, which is why being an Accounts Payable Analyst is so important to us.

You will report into the Source to Pay manager and will be responsible for the tasks below for some of our Supply Chain entities, which inlude:

• Creating new supplier records
• Ownership of the mailbox for the entities and replying to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely supplier payments through the weekly payment run
• Building sustainable relationships with our Purchase Order stakeholders to ensure efficient resolutions of issues
• Running period end closing tasks for the Purchase Ledger
• Performing weekly bank reconciliations
• Preparing monthly and quarterly compliance reports

you'll have

• You are experienced in the world of Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and can build great relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders across the business
• You are great at juggling lots of different tasks and working out what’s really important
• You have strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• You are happy to travel to our factory in Rotterdam for a few days once every 2 months
• It'd be a nice to have if you can speak Dutch. Don't let it stop you applying if you can't though.
