Role & Responsibilities:

• Account reconciliation of accounts payable transactions, ensuring records match supplier statements and the general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into accounting software.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and monitor inboxes.
• Provide documentation and support during internal or external audits.
• Ensure invoices align with purchase orders and contracts.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and address queries promptly.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
