Job summary

Austin Matley Ltd in Lincoln seeks a detail-driven Accounts Payable Clerk to own the purchase ledger in a busy finance team. You’ll manage supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations, including international payments in foreign currencies, and support month-end processes with accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have AP/purchase ledger experience with strong reconciliation skills; Sage or similar ERP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience.
• Strong reconciliation skills.
• Exposure to international payments.
• Sage or similar ERP experience is advantageous.
