Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a key role for someone who can confidently manage end‑to‑end accounts payable processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and managing accounts payable
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payment approvals and scheduling supplier payments
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with month‑end reporting and reconciliations

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience using Sage
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving abilities
