Pan Pacific London, a Forbes Five-Star property in the City, is seeking a proactive Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team. You will ensure suppliers' invoices are accurately processed and paid on time, liaise with department heads for approvals, and maintain correct coding.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Accounts Payable in Finance department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure all suppliers' invoices are accounted for correctly, adhering to the procedure to process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure all inflow of invoices through purchasing, post and email are monitored daily to keep a smooth flow and control of processing.
