Pan Pacific London is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team. You will ensure supplier invoices are processed efficiently, coded to budgets and cost centres, and approved by department heads prior to payment.

You will manage daily invoice inflows, maintain accurate records, and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest experiences through precise financial operations. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all suppliers' invoices are accounted for correctly, adhering to the procedure to process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure all inflow of invoices through purchasing, post and email are monitored daily to keep a smooth flow and control of processing.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure all invoices are approved before paying.
• Ensure the coding of invoices reflects correct budgets and cost centres.
